INFORMATION REGARDING LUXURY PHUKET VILLA HOLIDAY

Included:

Two weeks holiday at Dao Tiem Phuket for two people, over the age of 21.
Dinner for two with complimentary bottle of wine at the award winning Boat House Wine & Grill, Kata Beach, Phuket. www.boathousephuket.com
Holiday to be taken before August 8th 2011 during the months of October or November 2010, January, February, May, June or July 2011.
£1,000 towards the flights to Phuket – to be booked by the winner.
The services of a full time maid and handyman.
Laundry
Welcome Food Package (basic essentials) in the villa on arrival.
Bottled water from fridges and mini bars.
Transport to and from Phuket airport to the Villa.

Not included:

Travel to and from departure airport.
Food & drink (other than the arrival Pack.)
Catering by staff (This may be arranged with them privately, at local rates of pay. Ingredients will not be included)
Car hire and transport during the holiday (excluding airport transfers – above)
Travel Insurance
Airport taxes
Any costs incurred not covered by winner’s insurance – e.g. war, civil disturbance, volcanic ash

Deposit:
£500 fully refundable deposit (waiver damage & electricity), payable a week before departure. The owner intends to refund the deposit within seven days of the conclusion of the holiday subject to no loss or damage being caused within the property. In the event that damage is caused the deposit will be used to cover the cost of reparation with any balance being returned immediately thereafter. The deposit shall be in the form of a bank transfer or payment order (cleared funds) to be held on account by the owner and released in accordance with the aforementioned.
